MOVING FORWARD TOGETHER

OUR PROMISE

We promise to provide our clients with a stress-free service experience. Our reports aim to confirm if the property you are purchasing is a worthy investment, given its condition, age, location and size.

An independent insight to confirm the value of a property. This type of survey abides by the Redbook standard and will be completed by a local RICS Regulated Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer.

A Homebuyers Survey will highlight defects and on-going maintenance issues in a traffic light rating system. This survey is aimed at modern properties and will confirm that the property is a worthy investment.

The Homebuyers Survey Level 3 is seen as the most detailed report. Highlighting age related defects and ongoing maintenance issues. This report upon request can provide recommendations on repair and the associated cost of the repairs listed.

This survey is completed by a Structural Engineer and explores specific structural concerns. The report will confirm if the property is structurally sound or not, give justification and provide a schedule of repair work and the associated costing.

What To Expect From An Independent Survey

Every report is unique and catered to suit your needs. All reports follow a set format, that can be seen upon request. As the Building Survey is the most comprehensive, it can be altered to become bespoke to the client's requirements.

The surveyor will give his overall opinion on whether the property seems to be a good purchase. Reports include pictures and text.

Each survey will go through the property internally and externally, highlighting potential defects, or maintenance issues. Each area of the property is rated by a traffic light symbol, green, amber, and red. Should the area that has been inspected require repair work, it will be marked red. The surveyor will explain why he or she has given this designation symbol. Depending on the report instructed the surveyor will also give additional detail on how the area should be restored and provide an estimate of repair.

We are readily available to answer your questions and take great pride in the customer service that we offer. Call our office today and ask your questions.

REVIEWS.

I instantly felt at ease asking questions. Nothing was ever too much.

The surveyor called me the same day to explain the defects that he had found. Nothing too major, but nice to know. I then received my report three days later.
